Crew Run Squad is a weekly LGBTQ+ running meetup in Cape Town that begins and ends at Crew Bar. Participants meet outside the venue before heading out together on a 5K urban route through the city. The group welcomes all fitness levels, with fast, moderate, and beginner walk/run options available. After the run, the group returns to Crew Bar for a relaxed social gathering. Each runner receives a complimentary Corona or Corona Cero and tiramisu, with additional food specials available. The run focuses on community, movement, and connection — whether you're training, jogging with friends, or simply joining for the walk and post-run drink.
