Dyke Hike is a community-led outdoor gathering bringing LGBTQ+ women and friends together for a relaxed morning walk in nature. A recurring community walk hosted by The Sapphic Project, bringing LGBTQ+ women and friends together for a relaxed morning in nature. Routes, meeting points, and timings vary by edition. Each hike is designed to be accessible and social, with an optional post-hike gathering at a nearby café. This edition follows the Newlands Forest Short Circuit — an easy, approximately 3.4km route taking around one hour. The group meets at the “That Greek Guy” coffee truck before setting off.
