We work with cacao and blue lotus, breathwork, somatic presence practice, self-contact, and consensual partnered exercises. Nudity is welcome, never expected. This is a Level 1 space. No experience needed. Practices are introduced slowly, with full choice at every step. This night holds the full spectrum, for the parts of you that don't fit neatly into man or woman, for the contradictions and multiplicity you carry. The room says yes to all of you. WHO THIS IS FOR Anyone who felt pulled to both the men's and women's evenings and wasn't sure which was theirs. Anyone non-binary, genderfluid, agender, or still discovering who they are.
