OUTFit is Cape Town’s new Gay in the Day pop-up – a morning of movement, connection and community on the iconic Sea Point Promenade. Join us for a 5K Fun Run, Walkies & Wee Wee’s Dog Walk, yoga, Gays ‘n Girls relay, bodyweight HIIT, sauna and cold plunge, before winding down with a BYO picnic overlooking the Atlantic. Whether you’re single, coupled, fit, just starting out or simply looking to meet great people, everyone is welcome. Leave the hangover behind and discover a different kind of Sunday. Be Out. Move. Connect. Part proceeds support animals in need causes that will be selected via participant vote.
