Infogaytion Tickets Refund Policy

# Infogaytion Tickets Refund Policy Effective Date: 17 July 2026 Version 1.0 ## 1. Purpose This Refund Policy explains how refunds are managed for tickets purchased through Infogaytion Tickets. Each Event Organiser is responsible for publishing their own refund policy for their event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the Event Organiser's published refund policy together with the Infogaytion Tickets Terms of Service. ## 2. Requesting a Refund All refund requests must be made directly to the Event Organiser. The Event Organiser is responsible for reviewing refund requests and deciding whether a refund will be granted in accordance with their published refund policy and applicable law. Infogaytion Tickets does not make refund decisions on behalf of Event Organisers except where required by applicable law or where intervention is necessary to protect buyers, Event Organisers or the integrity of the platform. ## 3. Processing Approved Refunds Where a refund is approved, Infogaytion Tickets processes the refund through the payment platform on behalf of the Event Organiser. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the Payment Provider and the customer's financial institution. ## 4. Event Cancellations If an event is cancelled, the Event Organiser remains responsible for refunds to ticket holders. Where refunds are processed through Infogaytion Tickets, Infogaytion will administer the refund on the Event Organiser's behalf. ## 5. Fees The Infogaytion Booking Fee is charged for use of the platform and is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Where an Event Organiser approves a refund, the Event Organiser remains responsible for any non-refundable payment processing fees, banking charges or other third-party costs associated with the original payment or the refund transaction. ## 6. When Infogaytion May Intervene Infogaytion Tickets may intervene in the refund process where: - required by applicable law; - required by a Payment Provider or financial institution; - necessary to protect buyers, Event Organisers or the integrity of the platform; or - an Event Organiser is not complying with their own published refund policy. Where appropriate, Infogaytion may review refund complaints and take reasonable action in accordance with applicable law and the Infogaytion Tickets Terms of Service.
